Check-in and Check-out Procedures

• Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am.
• Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Property Access

• Blue Ridge View is part of the upscale, gated mountain community "Lodges at Eagles Nest."
• Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

Policies and Rules

• Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
• No smoking allowed.
• No events allowed.
• Children allowed.
• Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
• No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
• Minimum age: 25 years.
• This home allows up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
• Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures website.
• Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment, etc.)
• The summer concerts are open to all guests; however, there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.

Fees and Payments

• All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
• This home allows up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax.
• Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each.
• Firewood may be added at the time of booking, or by reaching out more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a fire starter for $25/night.
• All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy

• Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
• Bookings canceled within 59 days of the arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
• All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Parking and Vehicle Information

• 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

Utilities and Amenities Access

• All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
• All linens and towels provided for your stay.
• There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. Hair dryers are provided.

Safety and Emergency Information

• This property has exterior security cameras. Camera 1: is on the side deck camera, located right outside the kitchen door monitoring the entryway. Camera 2: serves as the doorbell for the front door and is located there to monitor that entryway. No cameras are viewing the interior of the home or common gathering areas.
• Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.

Construction and Community Notes

• Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
• Please note that the Great Camp area has homes under active construction. Construction may be ongoing Mon-Sat, 7am-7pm (Updated: April 10, 2024).
• The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are more than welcome to attend; however, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsman's Lodge.

Amenity Access Rules

• While enjoying your stay at Blue Ridge View, you have access to most amenities inside of Eagles Nest:
  • Great Camp: BBQ Pavilion, Amphitheater (location of summer concerts from May to the end of November), The Great Lawn, Playground, Hiking Trails, Ropes Course and Climbing Tower (seasonal), Mini-Golf Course, 24/7 General Store
  • North Pavilion: Ball Field, Sportsman's Lodge (unlocked portion only), Sports Court (Basketball and Pickleball), Dog Park, Walking Trail, Sportsman's Grille (Wed-Sun. Hours vary), Fire Pit, Woodland Trail System (ATV Trails, Hiking, Biking)
  • Camp (BYO Equipment): Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Disk Golf, Archery
  • Playground (Restrooms and Pavilion coming soon!)
• Vineyard: Food and Wine served, Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each, HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p. Sat & Sun 1p-7p. Please note all visitors on premises at winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
